Over time, I have reviewed hundreds of financial documents—including rent rolls, T-12 statements, operating expenses, market reports, and cap-rate studies—to understand how different factors impact a property’s true value.
I specialize in evaluating multifamily buildings by analyzing their financial performance, projected income, and market trends. Using professional tools and industry resources, I review each property’s cash flow, occupancy, rent growth potential, and comparable sales to help owners understand where their asset stands in today’s marketplace.
